Healing in the Theta Brain Wave State

Inner Aspect Healing facilitates healing in the Theta brain wave state - a Deep Meditative state.  If you want to label it as hypnosis - hypnosis is simply defined as a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation facilitated by using verbal repetition and mental images. You can think of it as 'Hypno-Theta-py' (see what I did there?), in which the healing takes place within deep peace and relaxation of the body, mind, and spirit.  The Theta brain wave state is a natural state that people experience twice a day - once right before falling asleep and once right before waking up.  Contrary to popular belief, people stay aware and generally recall their session.


A Healing Session is up to 4 hours conducted over Zoom with a headset and computer - from the comfort of your own home.  The session starts with up to 1 hour of getting to know you, then 2 to 2.5 hours in the Theta brain wave state, and then the session discussion after.

About a Session

  • You should be able to visualize, relax, and put your conscious mind to the side for a session.  If you are a very logical and/or controlled person, this may be reflected in your session and how easily information comes through.  To Note: You will hear yourself talk but it may not all be coming directly from you.  Allowing it to come through assists in the healing process.

  • You are responsible for a safe and comfortable environment for the online session wherever you are at.

  • The priority is you healing you, which first entails addressing and clearing stuck emotions and foreign energies.  Therefore, 'past life regression' will only be facilitated after an initial session.

  • You can not be in the Theta state for over 2 1/2 hours for your safety.  Therefore, addressing all your issues, concerns, and questions in one session isn't guaranteed due to the time limit.

  • You can bring yourself out of the Theta state in situations such as if the internet connection is lost.  To get out of the Theta state, you gradually become more alert until fully conscious.
